I find it funny that it is spelled correctly in the window. (or so I think anyway)

Good catch Orm. It's spelled wrong in the window banner too. It should be embroidery...not embriodery. They put in the 'b' this time, but switched the 'i' and 'o'.

It does seem a bit odd that they are only open three hours a day. Even bankers would envy their hours. Of course, with all these screw-ups maybe three hours is all they can manage without going to pieces.

They also spelled 'embroidery' wrong on their own shop's sign. Not a thing that exactly inspires confidence when you're in the signage business.

It's like an ad for a spellcheck program that has spelling errors...

But how do you know they don't handle embrios as well? That's still a misspelling, but the letter sequence is right. The guys doing illegal abortions don't care much about spelling anyway.

'EMROIDERY' sounds like Droids encrusted with Emeralds. Imagine R2-D2 all kitted out...

'Roids with Emeralds! Now, wouldn't that hurt even more when that person sat down?

My brain changed those letter every time I looked at it. Last time I thought I really checked. Now that you mentioned the error I see it at once.

The horror of the lying brain.

I'm almost tempted to call up 314-757-3860 and ask: Hey? Which do you do? Emroidery, embriodery or embroidery?

Anyone see a problem here?

In addition to not using the old spell checker, one of the caps on top of the brick wall is loose - don't walk close to this building!

And the awning over the left window is skeletal. And what's with the gray rectangle over the right corner of the door?

I think it was one of those 'thumb-tack' marker icons that google earth uses for specific addresses. Geofflambert may have edited it out with a gray rectangle.

Times must be rough. The shop has only one awning.

All in all it seems like a poorly run operation. And poorly named too. One of my responsibilities before I retired was for the graphics creation and production group. Not many straight lines in their work

Although I guess if you are painting DOT numbers, phone numbers, etc on the side of a truck straight lines would make sense.

But with operating hours maybe it is a money laundering front.

I just noticed there is another uncovered awning on the right side of the building and that utility pole on the left might be 'visiting' the building in the not too distant future......

Geez...they misspelled embroidery again on their sidewalk sign too. They do seem to have a lot of issues with that word.

Maybe they could print up some banners to put on our ships? Might want to check on the spelling first though.

We could get Mark Knofler to write a song, and Sting to sing background vocals.

We do not. At least, I do not.

Game related question: Can an ARD repair inside another ARD?

If so, can an ARD repair in another ARD if a third ARD is already undergoing repairs in it?

I wonder why my phone service would send me a text asking for another payment. I made one last night using a phone card and now they send me a text stating that if they do not receive a certain amount of money by 11:59 pm that my service would end. I think that is a scam just trying to get more money out of me. I wonder if the state attorney general or the FCC would be interested . . .

I think those texts are sent automatically by computer. If the payment last night has not processed to the computer account yet, the computer sends the text. If you get another one later, you could ask the company to update your account.

There is another possibility - that the phone card you bought was bogus. If you bought it from a guy with a lot of watches on his arm, beware!
