OK, I'm going to start a new game anyway, since the new version was released. And I've already won this one. I was still playing because I didn't want to start a new game on the old version. But I'd still like to know what's going on here - and what I was doing wrong. I guaranteed a minor regime that we didn't border. (Admittedly, that was probably the first thing I did wrong, but I'd already 'won' the game by then.) When they were attacked by the major regime in between us, we ended up at war with that major regime (with the minor as a new part of our territory). I bought the truck station in that city, and it's producing LP, but I can't build a road. (And yes, there's a supply of IP in the city.) My militia are starving through lack of supply. I figured out how to create a new SHQ in the city, and I put the militia units under that. That didn't do any good. Eventually, I figured out that I needed to put the zone under the SHQ, but that didn't do anything, either. Since all of this stuff seems to take time before it actually takes effect, I've been expecting a solution with each turn. But as each turn goes by, my units starve a little more, and I still can't build roads there. It's actually a good thing the new version has been released, because I'd need to reload an earlier turn if I was going to continue with this one. In short, the zone and the units are under SHQ2, which does have a commander. And there's IP stored in the city. But I still can't build a road, and my units still show no supply whatsoever. What am I missing? I know that the new version makes some changes to the logistics system. I don't know what those changes are, yet. I don't know if this particular part of the system will work the same way. (Will it?) But I'd still like to understand it (especially if it still works the same way). Can anyone help me out here? Thanks.
