This Italian decision has been part of the game for a very long time and has never been corrected.
The Roma in history that was converted to the Aircraft Carrier Aquila, was the Ocean Liner SS ROMA and not the Vittorio Veneto class Battleship Roma of the same name.�

Nice but i guess all this may do is increase Italy's transport capacity

So this should mean that their should not be decision event associated with this at all, and that the Italians should automatically get the Roma Battleship which was launched June 9, 1940 and commissioned on 14 June 1942. The problem, according to Wikipedia, is that there was a severe fuel shortage in Italy at that time which prevented her from being deployed... so maybe this was factored in some how into making it a decision event...?
