The cost of this asset seems odd to me, if compare it with similar assets. It is only 19 Metal and IP per round, for all levels except 1st (25 IP/Metal). Seems unreasonably low, and might be unintentional.

Would also be good if someone could confirm.

No, building costs are balanced (look on time to build!), but WORKER cost is indeed strange.

Usually construction require same amount of workers that will be required to man completed building. In that case you need 5000 workers to build level 1 Refinery, while after it 4k will be fired.

I'll check this Asset when back in office 25/8

thanks for reporting.

It seems this one is indeed to cheap on Metal & IP, while to hungry for production workers.

It will be changed in beta2. Costs and production will be similar to Biofuel asset. Key difference is that Biofuel transforms Food into Fuel and Synthetic transforms Energy into fuel.
