I just shelled out $70 for Tacview 1.8.4 Advanced for use in CMO. My CMO is completely up to date. I'm pointing towards the proper executable to run the view in CMO. But, everytime I try to run 3D View in the game, Tacview starts to load and then I get the "real time telemetry not compatible with host exporter" error message appears. It fades away and then nothing happens. What do I do?

It seems that there is a communication problem between CMO and Tacview.

What are your regional settings? (such as country and number formats in your Windows control panel)

Can you share the following files, they will help us to understand what is going on:

* the Tacview log which could be find in %TEMP%\Tacview.log
* the dxdiag log https://help.ea.com/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

Also, what mission are you playing in CMO, can you share a save game we can load to easily reproduce the problem?

Hi,
- I'm using the standard U.S - English settings.
- Sorry, but I don't understand where I can find the Tacview log. Do you mean the "Temp" file in CMO? It's empty. There is nothing there.
- I have attached the Dxdiag file
- The problem happens in every scenario, but I was playing the Uncle Mark Tutorial - 2 - English Jets Over Uganda scenario

Thank you.

You can copy/paste %TEMP%\Tacview.log in windows explorer, this should option Tacview log file.

Usually this correspond to C:\Windows\Temp\ but it depends on your system settings and your temp folder may be in another location.

This issue should be FIXED in Tacview 1.8.5 beta 1 released today! Please let me know how it goes. Thank you to everyone who helped with this.

Hi All... apparently there was a bug in the Steam version of Tacview. I had purchased my version through Steeam. The Tacview people were very helpful and everything is fine now. It might be best to purchase your Tacview through them directly.
