AFAIK, there isn't a specific LOS tool for performing this. There is the camera though and it does a rather effective job of allowing you to eyeball the lay of the land and different LOS/LOF aspects from the desired destination as well as safer (or at least less risky) approaches. It takes a little practice, but is worth getting used to. HTH
