How do you folks determine how much food (and ammo, and fuel) an SHQ needs to stock to feed its units for next turn?
Is there a game report that gives that projection somewhere?

Hover on the left shq screen and stay a moment. Then you will see where the ammo, fuel etc. goes to. :)

The more detailed info is on the management screen. go to asset -> look to right side -> expand -> preview and you'll see detailed information. I hope, I could help you.

Yeah, those are good suggestions, but they give how much was sent this turn, not how much was requested. So, for example, if the amount sent was limited by logistics, I haven't figured out a way to determine how much I need to improve my logistics by; i.e., the difference in total delivered and total requested.

I have a feeling that info is somewhere but I haven't spotted it yet. I could go to each unit and add up their requests, I suppose.

Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

I think I saw the info somewhere, but like a lot of data I cannot find it again.

You need to click on your SHQ and on the "Oil Barrel" icon - you will have info there how much logistic points went to sending resources to/from cities, how much to sending to troops, and how much for reinforcments.

But you need to combine this information with % logistic map. If you have black 0% line and still free points in SHQ - that means your troops are too far away and you need to work on that one.

I concur on the value of giving the 'Oil Barrel' icon a look. (certainly helps in determining who needs what)

I finally found the answer to my opening post question in this thread.
