Heavens, yes. Been around for years. Pretty good on specs, though not as reliable as Steve "Tanks" Zaloga's work. If you're interested in the subject of Soviet armor, and have not yet encountered Zaloga, you are missing it. For one thing, contrary to most of the people who write about Soviet armor, Zaloga had direct access to the Soviet design bureau records from all the way back, to before the Germans arrived in their front yard for the second time in the century. If you can't use Zaloga as a reference, this website is the next best, as as websites go probably the best overall for Russian - soviet arms, armor and some battlefield accounts. They try.
