If I count all of my fingers and toes and only those, I can count only to 18. Should I post a picture or three?

What a brutal start to the season for the NFL's NFC East Division. They've played 20 games amongst themselves and won 4 of them.

Dallas is now leading the Division with a 2-3 record and an all-star quarterback that developed a compound fracture / dislocation of his right ankle during the game today. I feel for that Dak guy. Sickening injuries like that make me not care about the game, just that everybody survives.

@rustyi, how about them Yankees? At least something good has come of the ALDS, since my A's were also eliminated.

I saw them in concert in Pennsylvania in the late 1990s. Of course, mama kass wasn't there. Neither were any of the other originals. The closest anyone got to original provenance was one of the 'leads' used to be a backup singer. It was kind of sad, actually.

Not exactly - she suffered from anoerexia - a little known and poorly understood condition in the day. She finally overcame it through therapy but it was too late - her heart had suffered damage and she died in her sleep.

I know that. But to me, it is still a form of suicide but it was from a mental illness that was not always recognized. The stigma from mental illness does not help.
