In the attached saved game, S603 is constantly changing depth for no reason in deep water. However, the other subs behave just fine. I'm using 1147.14. I have no idea why?

I changed the depth to shallow and the sub started behaving fine. Then I set it to below layer and the sub behaved fine. Then I reset it back to its original depth of above layer and now the sub behaves fine. So this issue is fixed.

Huh...All I did was disable realistic sub comms and then hit start. I have run it four times now until that sub gets through 100nm each time. Never saw any fluctuations other than chasing the layer.

btw, I think there might be an issue with how the sub responds to pathing to an area with rapidly changing depths. When I first started the scenario. The sub spun around a little and the path was the dotted line. But each time, it straightened itself out in a minute or so.
