Hi
How can i load some personnel on the land on the for ex. a helicopter (load cargo from land not at the base)?

Hi Theokarl1980,

It's not clear from your post what version of the game you are using, which realism settings you are using or the particular items you are trying to have interact with each other. Without a save to look at it's hard to tell you exactly what the issue is, however this excerpt from the C:MO manual section on the context menu (right clicking a unit) may help.

pp 69: Select Unit(s) to pickup: This enables a suitable unit to pick
up units and carry them as cargo. When selecting this, the cursor
turns into a crosshairs. Click on the unit you want picked up.
