With "events" is there a way of manually questioning whether an event has been triggered? I will give three examples as to what I mean.
World War 1. Has Germany declared war on Belgium? (Triggers Britain's entry into the War)
World War 2. Has Germany declared war on the US? (Triggers a countdown to Operation Torch)
World War 1. Has Germany declared unrestricted sea war? (Triggers a countdown to America's entry into the war.

Yes. Just use the "Event Activated" trigger.

Also, FYI, you can use the "Event Cancelled" trigger to cause Event B in the event that Event A was NOT activated...in other words, if there is a 50% chance of Event A occurring, you could create two events--one for if Event A IS triggered (Event Activated), and one for if Event A IS NOT triggered (Event Cancelled).
