In my current game (v AI) I had two other major powers. After the minors had been swallowed up, one
of the AI majors swallowed most of the other major. Current situation is that Myself and the other remaining major are roughly
on par with each other. The defunct major is almost gone, no army and no population. I had friendly relations, 90 to 100 with both majors. I found I am able to spam the defunct major for help every other turn, and receive either 3 or 4000 credits, or 10 or 11 PP in response to each use of the "Help " card that I play. This despite the fact that my relationship with the defunct major is now down to zero, though still listed as "friend".

My suggestions to VIC:

The ask for help card should no longer get a positive answer once a major's population falls below a certain threshold.

The relationship should no longer be listed as "friend" when the relationship falls below a set level (maybe 30, or
maybe 50?)

I think a larger issue here is what happens to majors when they lost their last city. Unlike minors, their military forces linger on the map, slowly starving from lack of supply, and the zone they are in changes it�s name to �None� which becomes a no go area for spy placement.

It would be nice, I think, if the major was just removed, their remaining forces abandon their heavy equipment and turn into Free Folk bands, and the zone given a real name so as to permit Stratagems to be played into them. This would not only solve the Ask For Help problem, but make further expansion a bit more challenging as Free Folk don�t need supply.
