Can we disable this? I don't like the game telling me I've lost, when I still think I have a fair chance of beating the AI.
It's precisely when we are up against a quite powerful AI opponent, it's most fun to claw your way back to victory.

I know you can just keep playing, but it's pretty annoying and immersion breaking to be reminded that you have lost every single turn, even when you are close to winning yourself.

Its just that faction meeting the arbitrary victory condition, which is pretty silly, the option to play without any victory conditions at all would be great.

I think it's good that there's a victory condition for the player. Because once that's met, there's no way the AI can defeat the player.
