ORIGINAL: Lowpe I am slow...how do you manage to upgrade Australian Infantry? CMF Militia 41 to CMF Infantry. Build rates are very low for both & both are currently being produced so technically the militia isn't obsolete. It is a 15 soft attack to 18 soft attack boost. The next in line, AMF 42 Inf gives piats I guess (a 15 hard attack boost). What seems to be the problem? CMF militia is there to fill up TOE, it will all eventually become CMF Inf and then AIF Inf 42 through upgrades. Units tend to upgrade rather quickly when in a base with some supply. Dunno if rest mode helps (it is mandatory for TOE upgrade but not for squads/devices). Not that quickly when in the field, but they still do upgrade AFAIR. At this junction your main number to track is the # of new squads in the pool - they determine what size of the unit you can upgrade, so juggle your toggles wisely also quote:

ORIGINAL: Lowpe Australian Infantry: I assume you know the trick with back-to-back upgrading Aus Inf squads to a 42 variety through dividing the divisions into ABC. You gonna need it quote:
ORIGINAL: Lowpe How do I interpret this? Is it the mounted rifles upgrading to CMF Inf 41 which then upgrades AMF Inf 42? Will the two line items combine once upgraded? They should. Also, start your upgrading to 42 infantry squads with smaller units as soon as there is enough squads accumulated in the pool. I was going to say « don’t rush to upgrade the militias », but this is well explained. You don’t get that many UK, Indian or ANZAC infantry squad, you have to use all the tricks to maximize your use. In other words : make sure you have no leftover pool of obsolete squads. For your Chinese 105mm, I’m not sure it’s the same device. Check this in the editor, but in stock they have their own pools.
