I'd prefer an opponent who has a deep appreciation/knowledge of WWII history and who respects the integrity of this great game. I like to play in a historical way with no gamey/exploit stuff.

I propose playing scen 006 Dec 8 start ("Let's put all this PH unpleasantness behind us, shall we?"). In return, I promise to put up a decent fight (well, as best I can) in the DEI, Malaya, Philippines. In other words, I won't cut and run on the first turn. Also, I'd be happy to let you have realistic R/D on or off as you wish (I never play Japan so not sure how much that helps).

I should be able to do 6-10 turns a week (sometimes more). Very experienced against the AI but haven't done a PBEM in over a decade so might need a little tech patience/help with the first turn. I have the latest official version but am willing to upgrade to the beta if you prefer.

Usual realism settings though I would like player defined upgrades ON (makes it more enjoyable for both players, I think and gives a little more flexibility).

Happy to discuss any house rules you like. I won't use 4E below 10K (land or sea) and I won't use units in a grossly ahistorical way (like sending Indian units to defend Australia or using AKs to screen my CV tfs).

Reply or PM if you are interested!

Bump.

Happy to play scenario 1 or 2 if no one is interested in 6!
