Please DO NOT STEAL this thread!
If you want to discuss anything outside the scenario or players actions/plans do it outside this thread. We want to keep it neat and simple.
All comments and questions on the FitE2 and our plays/experience/strategies are most welcomed.

Players

The goal is not to reply history and players are given freedom as to their tactics but within House Rules limitations (FitE2 House Rules are also applicable).

House rules:
STAVKA

2. T1-T2: no strategic movements allowed (by trains)

a) they are not dug in and they came into contact with the enemy by entering unoccupied hex
b) in case of being encircled by the enemy
c) enemy bridgeheads
d) T1-T5: the counterattacks are obligatory
e) in case of enemy unit(s) strength is unknown and not being dug in
f) units are not withdraw more than 2 hexes per turn (away from the enemy eastwards)
4. Winter Offensive only is used if the Moscow is not captured.

OKH
1. Units should attack in case of enemy unit(s) strength is unknown and not being dug in (with exception of recon units)
2. T1-T5: all units can be used for encirclements. Afterwards Korp HQs, Eisenbahn and such are not allowed to be used.
3. Auxiliaries can be used freely but they cannot be used in combination with each other.
4. In case of failed proficiency check load of last save is allowed.

The reports are delayed by 5-6 turns on purpose.
The reporting party is the one having initiative.

AG Nord von Leeb report (T1 End)

The total surprise was achieved and the Soviets offered little resistance. The spearhead of the offensive on Baltics was 1 and 3 Brandenburgers Komp. which captured key railheads on the road to Riga which allowed fast relocation of SS Div "Wiking", 10 Pz Div, 254 Inf Div and 1 SS Inf Brig which were tasked with the capture of Riga.
The objective of the first phase is to establish bridgheads on Dvina river to allow for operational freedom before committing forces to strategic objectives.

AG Sud von Rundstedt report (T1 End)

3 and 11 Pz Divs were pressing forward towards Kremenets with objective of reaching Zhitomir-Berdichev line by 4 July.

T3 End

Valga, an important hub for pushing further North was captured. Tartu should is the next immediate objective. SS Wiking has been tasked with capturing of the town.
9 Pz Div is to push eastwards towards Ostrov followed by 10 Pz Div and some Inf Divs.

8 Pz Div, 12 Pz Div and 14 PzG Div are pushing hard toward Vitebsk followed by SS Totenkopf. A probe towards Polotsk seems feasible.
20 PzG Div is approaching Berezeniva river to establish some bridgehead. 19 Pz Div is to be used as exploitation force.

14 Pz Div has captured Goscha and established important bridgehead. Another bridgehead was established by 13 Pz Div and 75 Inf Div (near Shepetovka).
Lvov was taken after heavy fighting. After short rest the units should continue advance towards Ternopol.
