Is there a way to see the playback a second time?
Is there a way to control the speed of the playback?

No.
There's a toggle in settings for slow/fast playback, but no finer detail.

Status: offline 		If you're watching your opponent's turn in PBEM or Hotseat mode then pressing Pause Break on your keyboard should pause the game, and then just click OK to continue.
