Maybe.

Just to let you know, I do not work.

I have no wife - so I have no life.
Or is it that I have a life because I have no wife.
Maybe I should get married so I can have a wife to ask about that.

I have no cable television nor internet television.

Do you want to know how much Hormel canned pork product that I could put out?

yes.

I documented two more days, in low reading light, combat losses for July in the Battle of Britain, then cross referenced them where it wasn't clear the source of the kill using other book and internet sources.

Job done... I smelled food and addressed what is most important in life.

Wait....this is starting to sound like my last Physical....where the Doctor asked me what I interpreted as a "balanced diet?" He was not amused by my answer.

Steak, shrimp and such on one side, candy and confections on the other side. Beer and vino to wash it down. What is so hard about that?

The big burgers from fast food places usually has less fats than their salads. Beef fat has an essential fatty acid that makes you feel full. Not to mention all of the pesticides and herbicides used to grow the salad stuff.

BTW, you forgot the onions and mushrooms on the burger.

Beer is high in trace minerals as well as silica which is good for strong bones. It also help new mothers feed their babies the natural way . . .

From the sound of sirens this morning and the sight of the law enforcement and fire vehicles going by with their Christmas lights flashing plus the ones I did not see, it is not a good morning for some people.

But it is MONDAY!

I did post a bunch of recipes.

If you want to lose a lot of weight overnight, just get a bottle of castor oil - just don't eat the bottle.

Try this, get some salted water boiling. Heat some olive oil and/or butter in a saute pan with garlic. (BUT NOT OLIVE OYL!) Saute some onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Whatever other veggies that you might like as well. Put in some Italian seasonings, either a mix or basil, oregano, and parsley. In the salted, boiling water, put in some pasta like rotini. Add some of the salted water to the veggies as needed. When the pasta is almost done, drain but not too well and put the pasta in the pan with the sauce.

You can also add some milk or cream to the veggies. From skim milk to heavy cream. Add some cheese that melts easy in the sauce as well, especially with a good nonstick pan.

Rinse off some frozen cooked shrimp to thaw them, removing any tails and veins. Throw them into the sauce about a minute before you add the pasta.

Season with pepper.

Waddle away from the table!

I should have noted: freshly ground black pepper.

Serve with white wine.

It should be good with steamed brocoli or asparagus.

I just learned...belatedly of course given current work/life balance situations, that Wild Bill passed away recently. I think its worthy of a mention here.

the man created some very entertaining scenarios for Steel Panthers, made great contributions to the wargaming community and was a great guy. Sucks. The march of Time is inevitable. :(

Then brown either a pork steak or a port chop in a little oil. Pork steak, at least to me, is better because it is juicer with more delicious fat! Lift the pork, then put in sauerkraut and applesauce. Cover and cook over a low to medium heat. Think of that with a crusty brotchen und ein gutes bier.

If the Mare bucks you off, that could be more fun that way as well.

Sounds familiar, what was his Handle?

mortality sucks. . But it is the pattern of life. One that is more apparent to someone the farther along they get. Makes me miss being young and stupid......and ignorant.

one is left with their personal beliefs on what comes after.
