Certain menus have text superimposed on each other and out of place. For example the the date overlaps the turn counter in the top right of the screen making it unreadable. When reviewing commander all text seems to be shifted an inch lower than where it should. The problem persists through the change of full screen to windowed, changing of graphics and running as administrator.

Does anyone know of a solution to this?

Was able to fix it by going into the properties of the application, going to compatibility, and turning off anything to do with DPI.

I had the same problem (I am running 2560x1440 resolution at 125% magnification) but I followed the instructions in this thread https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4987629 and it solved it.

I suggest you try it
