Page 4 of the manual 1.10 "Included with the game are some video tutorials to help
get you started. These can be accessed from the game
launcher menu or can be found in the Manuals Folder."

Not seeing either.....

They elected not to go with the video tutorials, and it wasn't edited out of the rulebook. There are some good 3rd party videos already out that can serve as tutorials, though.
