Would it be possible to add Air Base Air Support and Capacity data to the AirBase information displayed in the Commander's Report? This would make life a lot easier when rebasing air groups, rather than clicking each available air base to see if adding an air group to it would take it over it's limit.

worth bearing in mind these are different things with different solutions.

The game routine assigns support squads (& the various forms of freight) to an airbase when the need is created - ie you order a transfer. If it can be done there and then (ie the airbase is in decent supply situation), then its possible to do an 'immediate' transfer, if not you have a choice. Delay the transfer to the logistics phase when the resources will (most often) be allocated or still order immediate - in which case the air group will probably not be able to function.

no idea how feasible it would be re the capacity question, wirth bearing in mind its not a one:one relationship given how different types of planes use up the capacity (16.6.6):

I think the manual is wrong in that data. Actually, type 3 airbases have a capacity of 400. This is what I have verified on the map (of course, you have to add all the airplanes on the base, including the damaged ones).

Yup, that's all good advice, but what I was asking for was for the Air Support and Capacity data to be visible in the CR, so a player can see all his airbases on one screen and help decide where to move an air group, without having to interrogate each air base on the main map.

Edit: Put another way, why is only about 50% of the data on the Air Base details card represented on the CR and not all of it? Why fuel and ammo, but not air support, for instance?
