Why do the Fliegerkorps no longer have HQ and therefore no commander? It annoys me because the air command system has really been greatly diminished. There are going to be too many historical air generals out of work. Has it been done exactly like this so that the AOGs work correctly?

the commanders are at the Luftflotte/Air Army level by design. The various Korps are in the game system so you can break a larger group down, so for eg to follow a different command or act in a different way. If you are doing manual control, they can be handy for breaking out the airforce into discrete/role specific chunks or for bulk redeployment

I already guessed it was a game design issue, but I liked to play with the Fliegerkorps ... also I don't know what extra utility have now all those German air leaders with so few available appointments. It's not the solution that I like the most but I imagine that we will have to live with it, the game has many other advantages.

Hi,
at the beginning, I also couldn't accept the lack of commanders of the various Fliegercorpses of Luftwaffe. It just suited me that they were there. On the other hand, with the new concept of AOGs, commanding German groups or Soviet air divisions is very simple. Great, revolutionary change, although it would be nice to see the fliegercorps commander icon somewhere on the side :-).
