hello, how do you create a MP game by pbem?

you chose 4 humans player, and that is all?(if we are 4), or do you have to select pass and pbem option?

Thanks - I have poked my lurking head in there a couple of times.
Seems like a great setup and good crowd, but discord is all a bit hectic for me.
