Is there any way to know how many replacements a unit received during last logistics phase in none generic terms? E.g. how many man or how many tanks and which type?

Not type, but if you look at the Supply Details (click on Unit and its a separate button) it will tell you how many. It also says how many Replacement Men (manpower) received in Commanders Report tabs and in Logistics Log. So, there's several places to look.
