I'm starting to feel better and I told Jorgen that maybe I could do some small work on the game; some small bug fixes and stuff. I would like to finish delivering Service Pack 6, if possible. I don't have a date at this point, in case you are wondering :)

I would prefer you let small bugs and you rewrite the offensive AI.
Fantastic that you're feeling stronger! Of course we would all love to see Tigers continue to develop, but your life and health is obviously the first priority.
You've still got a dedicated fan-base for your game. We can wait :)
You know, when I was about release the game with Jorgen; I didn't expect anything. I was told that I should expect to sell about 1500 copies. As of now, I have sold much more than that; around 5500 copies. I certainly didn't account for the fact that I will have a number of supporters. I very much thank you for your support, I appreciate it. You are the reason why I have to get better, at least enough to finish Service Pack 6.

Glad you’re feeling better, Peter. That’s great news.
Over 5,000 copies is awesome. It just shows what a cool game you’ve got here.
Last year I found a way people used the Steam “Remote Play Together” to play games online with others. I thought right away of how fun it would be to play your game online with someone with this feature. I got it to work and played a few scenarios this way with some great guys in this forum, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I like the flow of TotH as you play a scenario, and the scenarios I played had their ups and downs, surprises and near misses. It all went down realistically. I’m working evenings so unfortunately I haven’t been able to play ToTH like this in a while. I’ve played quite a few different war games online with friends and i think ToTH is really good.
We would all love to see enhancements to the game, but like others have said your health is important. Thanks for TotH, and hope and prayers to you and your good health man.

To be honest, I wouldn't worry about adding any content at this point. I use any available time to tweak the AI and squash/investigate any known/possible bugs.
You know, at this point I believe the game is done. I have accomplished, what I had in mind at the very beginning of the project. If there are any bugs that are outstanding and are doable, I can see if I can fix them. Let's face it, this game is very complex and it's just impossible to make it 100% bug free. I have never expected that my game will be well received by the fans. I was hoping that perhaps few people will be ok with it but never expected to get such a positive reception. I'm blown away that people want more; like other nationalities and stuff...well I won't live 300 years to make it all possible. Like the stuff about the Stunned vs STUNNED issue. It's not an issue because this game is not an ASL game, yes it is very similar but it s not ASL. I'm just a small indie developer and always dreamt about sharing something with the wargame community and I think I have achieved that.
Know that you have a strong community behind you that can help you if you are considering version 2.0. For my part, if you could suppress the dance of the bees when an AI unit goes into rout that has made me lose hundreds of hours of play, you would make my day!
The latest beta patch found here: https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4504508 already supports 4K 3840x2160 resolution. I'm currently running the game on that resolution. I cannot support 5120x2880 resolution because I have no monitor to support it; the game resolution is not dynamic. Each resolution has to be manually adjusted.
What do you think of WitE2? I have it as well, but didn't spend much time with it yet. I also have WitE1 and WitW - I haven't played much lately because I'm more into tactical wargames.

From my perspective WitE2 is the best and most realistic operational east front game out there. It surpasses all others and it’s a blast to play, against the AI or other humans.
I have been playing war games since 1978, and have owed just about ever East front game board or computer and this is the cream of the crop.

Very happy to read/hear you are doing better. Its nice to hear you are thinking about SP#6. Not necessary but very nice to hear.
i understand and get it about adding more content. Not a problem. Not ASL. That's not a bad thing.
Since its not ASL what about adding a way to automate the changing palettes when the user wants to play a Pacific scenario or a winter scenario. Since its not ASL we don't need to worry about country specific characteristics for forces and such etc etc. Just make it easier to play. I don't know how hard it would be. Not a programmer, just a user who plays a lot and tired of remembering/changing palettes.
Rather than adding content, I would agree with Rico, improve the AI. This was a "strong point" in the original promotion of TotH -a great AI. Its never been even good which really trumps any experience since there is no internet play.
Thanks for TotH and you should be proud, Its a very good game. One of several Matrix games I still play. You also included a map editor which is one of the reasons there are a gazillion scenarios. Its also one reason why so many people care. Wish other designers would get that part down in this DLC gone crazy world.
So even if you don't do anything. THANKS! I would buy TotH again and I can't say that about a lot of my buys over the last 20 years.

If you get a chance... Sometime, in Defensive Fire Phase, an enemy will not fire a unit. Sometimes they are even adjacent to an enemy in a victory hex even.
