Status: offline 		Start of turn one, I am unable to move the 20th Indian Division, located in Chittagong, either by march or by rail.
What gives?

Status: offline 		I don't know. In 5 loaded new games I am able to move it every turn by rail and by marching.

I need more details. Land movement has been working fine.

Status: offline 		Allied Dec. 7th, 1941 turn. Won't budge. Was set to garrison, then set to active, if that makes a difference.

Status: offline 		Did you wait a turn? When you convert from Modes (Garrison / Active) you have to wait till next turn to move it.

Drives me crazy, all my fault but still.
