Has anyone seen or had an issue where the USN and USA airplanes went to 0 in a turn or were reduced in half?

I have never seen this.

Which scenario?

Check and see if they went into the reserve pools.

Did the air units resize yet?

Turn off the computer, then restart the computer after at least 10 seconds with no power at all, start the computer, start the game, then reload the turn and play it again to check if it still occurs.

On the face of it, it appears to be a display problem. In the lower two screenies, the aircraft stack level is the same at 37.
And the top two screenies have the aircraft stack level both at 141.

I would try what Joe said about shutting down the computer and restarting everything.
What are your computer specs?

100% it appears to be a display issue, but I can add planes to the some of the units..... My specifications are not great but should not be an issue either.

What is your storage - disk or SD? Size vs space available?

I see that you are using a laptop. Other laptop users have posted about problems with that. I think they solved them by fiddling with the switches in their shortcut. But IIRC their problems were about display (bleed-through and such) rather than data errors.

What would concern me is that you have 8.0 GB of physical RAM but it is reporting that there is only 913 MB of physical RAM available. It would seem that you
have some program(s) running in the background that are using a lot of your physical RAM. You might try a CTL-ALT-DEL and open the task manager and see what
programs are using lots of memory.
