I put together this reformatted PDF readme a while ago. I came across it recently and figured it might be of some value to the community. Basically I went through the whole document and attempted to improve readability, standard spacing and a consistent and easy-to-read font plus large upper right page numbers, hurrah!
All kidding aside, hope you all find this an improvement.
