Status: offline 		In the equipment manager there are two entries for weight for vehicles: in "tons" and in "kg".
I noticed they can be totally different for the same vehicle.

So what is the purpuse, difference, goal?
Help me understand.

Would it make a difference in the game if you used just one of the two options?

Status: offline 		They are also both wrong since the PzIVA weighted some 18 tons (or 20 if US measures are being used).

The second one is not used. (Exception: see the nqp file).
