Status: offline 		There is probably a reason for not being able to to send production points from Germany to these two countries but I can't find it.

I have never been able to get Production sent to Finland no matter what land and sea I control. Something blocks it even though the Convoy display show it allocated. I loaded a screen shot showing what the situation is. I control the Baltic. I also controlled Leningrad later and the rail through there. But no supplies ever arrive in Finland. The Convoy screen shows Germany using the Baltic trade route. It show Finland as suppose to receive 10 Production and 20 Oil. But every turn the Game shows Finland as having no oil.

Persia has a similar problem. Even though the supply display shows German units receiving supplies all the way to the Russian border, no Production points can be sent from Germany to Persia. The Axis controls the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar, Middle East, Iraq, and Persia. I suspect thought that this one is related to the Axis being blocked around Africa and there being a rail gap between Iraq and Persia.

I thought that might be the cause but wasn't sure since I don't know how the game decides if you over allocate convoys which ones get shipping.

But I did test this during the next summer after Leningrad was captured. According to the map supply route display it shows lines going to Finland from Germany. Apparently Finland never uses rail transport.

I also turned off all my convoys. The German status still shows 55 Merchants all being used. Apparently somethings other than player convoys are using German Merchants.

ok...so i have a convoy route from Germany to Finland
for 40 brown and 40 oil.
I have some 69 Merchant marine when i look at the build production screen.
it is summer 42 so no rain/blizzard etc.
Nordic Iron ore...has an active convoy and 10 escorts.

Finland continuously has NO oil.
version 1.100.10

what gives?
ps...not sure how to take a screen picture.

Germany owns hex 223,9 as main supply.
hex 223,3 shows african convoy with 0 resources.
on the convoy screen i can put a check mark on the african convoy row.
IF i try to add escorts...it says i have no convoy to escort.
the production screen shows i have 69 merchant marine in the pool.

Q : Is Germany benefiting from the 30 oil at hex 223,9 ?
IS it possible to create a convoy from hex 223,8 . if so...how? My understanding is one can only transport to a country .

I believe 223,9 is part of persia NOT iraq.

It seems you only send one oil point. It most probably use more than that so will never accumulate.

Did you turn take Syria and it Med convoy turned on?
is North Atlantic, South Atlantic, African and European convoys turned on? You are coming from the other side of the world. You need to make sure all those zones are active.

Easiest way is through Syria

Status: offline 		Alvaro, when there is a RED cross on an established trade, would it be possible to implement a tooltip (on this RED cross) to say how many MMs are missing to allow the trade to work?
