Hello Devs,

I observed several planes engagement with SAMs and AAMs and noticed that chaff countermeasures don't work anymore, and always stay at 0% decoying missiles. This looks odd, especially for older systems.
Playing Kashmir Fire scenarios with last (...25) version. Defensive jammers seems not very effective too. Examples below.
