Could be two separate missiles then. I read a Jane's article stating they were one in the same. Either way, it would be nice to have added.

<summary>Rafale F4 in 2022</summary>

<detail>
The F4 standard will include upgrades of existing capabilities, like the Thales RBE2 Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar, the Spectra (Système de Protection et d’Évitement des Conduites de Tir du Rafale or, in English, Self-Protection Equipment Countering Threats to Rafale Aircraft) electronic warfare system, the OSF IRST, the Thales Talios targeting pod, the Reco NG reconnaissance pod and the communications suite. However, there will be also important new capabilities, like the Thales Scorpion Helmet Mounted Display (HMD), the MICA NG (Next-Generation) air-to-air missile and the new 1000 kg variant of the Safran AASM (Armement Air-Sol Modulaire) “Hammer” Precision-Guided Munition (PGM), the 1000 kg AASM, the new variant will see the AASM kit applied on the BLU109 penetrator warhead or the standard Mk-84, according to the mission’s needs.

The Rafale F4 standard will be fielded in two stages, in 2022 and 2024, in order to have the new capabilities operational as soon as they are certified.

<summary>Please add the brazilian IAI-Heron.</summary>

The brazilian airforce now operates two IAI-Herons, that were previously operated by the brazilian federal police. They seem to be each in a different configuration, and one of them seems to be equipped with a radar and some other remote sensing equipment besides the FLIR (lumps under the fuselage and on top of the nose), probably an ELINT suite. The radar is most likely the same as the one used in the australian Heron.

The brazilian airforce operates at least two Hermes-450 UAVs. At least one of them is equipped with an under fuselage radar instead of the optical sensors. The radar is in all likelyhood a SELEX T-20, as this seems to be the only radar mentioned as being integrated into the Hermes 450.

<summary>SPEAR EW range reduction to 240nmi</summary>

<summary>#3035 - Brimstone 2 and #2251 - Brimstone Dual-Mode - Add LST sensor in addition to MMw radar</summary>
<detail>
#3035 - Brimstone 2
and
#2251 - Brimstone Dual-Mode -
ADD SENSOR
1x Laser Spot Tracker 15 nm LST, Laser Spot Tracker Surface Search, Ground Search (Fixed), Ground Search (Mobile), Heading Info

In addition to the current sensor and guidance:
Guidance Type: Inertial (INS) mid-course plus Active Radar Homing (ARH) terminal guidance
SENSORS
1x Active Radar Seeker 5 nm Weapon Seeker, Active Radar Early 2000s Technology, Surface Search, Ground Search (Fixed), Ground Search (Mobile), Range Information, Speed Information, Heading Info
Operating bands (search & track): M

Checking Brimstone DM and Brimstone 2 in the DB3k as a result of the prior requests and they are missing the crucial dual mode,

Brimstone 2 essentially is the evolved production variant of the Brimstone DMS (Dual Mode Seeker) research programme which was working toward creating the Brimstone 2, DMS was pushed into early use due to an urgent operational requirement for Afghanistan and the intervention in Libya.

Brimstone DMS had a dual SALH and MM wave radar sensor to permit use against a much wider set of targets and tighter rules of engagement for pinpoint targets.

Brimstone 2 evovled from this technology so there would be no need for a Brimstone 2 "Dual Mode" as Brimstone 2 has a dual mode seeker by default.

In its current DB3K entity the Brimstone DM and Brimstone 2 have just MM wave radar seeker, ideally it should emulate the JAGM entry #3529 which has both radar and a Laser spot tracker?

From the MBDA Brimstone* product brochure: https://www.mbda-systems.com/?action=force-download-attachment&attachment_id=18765

"The system can be operated in three modes, each providing
flexibility and proven high confidence in mission success:
Mode 1: Semi-Active Laser (SAL) guidance, to engage static
targets with limited or no radar cross section (RCS)
Mode 2: Both SAL and Millimetric Wave radar guidance for fast
moving targets in cluttered environments
Mode 3: Fire-and-forget simultaneous target engagement" (i.e radar only)

*interestingly it appears MBDA dont differentiate Brimstone 2 from the earlier version presumably because only Brimstone 2 is in production.

</detail>

<evidence>
http://www.mbda-systems.com/mbda/site/ref/scripts/EN_DUAL-MODE-BRIMSTONE_416.html
</evidence>

Brimstone 2 is an important weapon in the UK inventory which would benefit from the amendment,
and Brimstone Dual Mode (DMS) is most likely not still in service having been superseded by Brimstone 2.

I doubt whether MBDA/RAF/MoD would be supporting both types from a cost/logistics perspective?

#3589 - Brimstone 2 Dual-Mode is only used in two loadouts #27245 and #27246 for the:
#4724 - Protector MALE UCAV [MQ-9B] (United Kingdom - 2019) so relatively "easy" to remove and still maintain backward compatibility.

Thanks

K

<summary>Update Super Tucano Endurance, add RWR, countermeasures and Missile Warning System </summary>
<detail>
Currently both A-29A and A-29B have the same 555kg fuel capacity of 550kg. While this is correct for the A-29B biplace version, the A-29A carries around 80 gallons of extra fuel.
Units affected: #1840, #4823, #4825.

Currently all Super Tucanos in game lack a countermeasure dispensing system, as well as RWR and MAWS. The aircraft possess all three of these systems.
According to Embraer the Super Tucano is equiped with two CMDs with 30 rounds each.
Units Affected: #4354, #1839, #1840, #2254, #3465, #3745, #4823, #4825.

The brazilian monoplace Super Tucano A #1840 is currently missing the A/A loadout present in the the A29-B (db #21791). I recently made a post regarding super tucano
loadouts but didn't realize this one was also missing. Loadout is 2x MAA-1 Piranha + 3x 330 Liter drop tank.
Units Affected: #1840

<summary>Chinese Type 54 Jiangkai MLU #1682 2021</summary>
<detail>Only a class of 2 shops but #1682 Type 54 Jiangkai I [525 Manshan] completed MLU in 2021. Replace HQ-7 with 24 round HQ-10. ESM and ECM updated to 726 which seems to be standard ECM for most Chinese Combatants now. New decoy launchers 8x3 (current fit probably ok). CIWS is PJ-13 which is a copy of AK-630M (look at Type 022) very small CIWS not beefy. PJ-13 is the Chinese designation. Likely has the VDS (same as other 054/056). First one seems completed, Manshan. </detail>

This reminds me that as per a prior request the #2890 (Bykov) Vasily Bykov shouldn't have 57mm A-220 as in reality it has a 76mm AK-176MA forward AND the containerised Club launchers are very much a "can be fitted" but aren't in reality option.
There's no evidence of the Gibka SAM SA-N-24 or similar mounted launcher either in any images of the real ships so far despite a lot of articles saying they're meant to have it.
From TV documentaries the stern area is used for an Pr.02800 10m fast assault craft and dimensionally it's a case of either the fast boat or SSM containers, but not both.

The current Db3k Bykov could be branded hypothetical "future war footing" as it's incarnation in the DB doesn't accurately represent the real vessels which have a primarily constabulary role in peacetime but I think it's been included in one of the LIVE (King of the Border?) scenarios making it less easy to amend without skewing the scenario.

A bit like USCG cutters with provision for Harpoon capability the Bykov's would only get heavily armed in the event of a well signalled escalation in hostilities.

For evidence watch the following TV documentary (possibly on mute).

Thanks.

They are nice-looking ships for sure. I'm pretty sure I recognize your username from SPMBT or some other game as well so I know you know your stuff!

My take is updates are significantly behind but also know the beta versions could be ahead. So I just try and add stuff the way they like it with links and have faith they'll get there someday. Lot of stuff you can manually change but it does add a new layer or work to scenario development (checking over units). it is what it is.
