Status: offline 		I ordered FireFight and the CD backup over a month ago. I've downloaded the game, but have NOT gotten the CD yet. What do I do?

Status: offline 		I have the same problem. I sent an email to the e-store customer service, but only got an automated reply email. Nothing more, no CD either.

Status: offline 		I don't see anything on the product page that says you get a CD - it says download only.
