Status: offline 		I recently came across this academic article on the relationship between targeting and the Law of Armed Conflict in the IDF. Since selecting targets and matching munitions to them is a significant part of what C:MO players do without all the legal complications, I thought it interesting - especially the authors' treatments of uncertainty and proportionality.
