Seems transports fly in blizzard conditions with impunity (with the exception it seems to cost more mileage). But no increase in operational losses?

In fact, should it not be neigh on impossible to conduct air operations in blizzard and similar conditions?

Requesting game dev team takes a look at this, cheers!
