Just for information. I have tried using 6 supply vehicles and placed beside 4 rocket launcher (Russian), each supply vehicle will reload one rocket and when placed six, they reload each rocket launcher with 6 rockets. Next I tried placing 16 supply vehicles and it works, 16 rocket each turn.... So placing more supply vehicles do help.
