I've been enjoying this series. It's very well done, detailed and has special segments on the mobilisation, logistics, weapons technology etc

No worries. Like the Crimean and American Civil Wars, it's in many ways a combination of Napoleonic and modern eras. It's an interesting one and, as with the European observers of the Russo-Japanese War, many of the lessons weren't learned for 1914.
