Hi,
I had tried several times to pause my turn by save and quit, but I received several times the message error 15 / General issue.

Now I receive an email from the Slitherine team asking me to post this (which I hereby do).

I had no intention to cheat and informed my opponent that I only re-tried the same attack to test it.

Today, I finshed the turn without saving and quitting, it worked. However, I do not always have the time to finish the turn in one. Could you please help (while also preserving our ongoing game)?

Hi Gesamtschuldner,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. This is an odd error as the end turn function uses the same mechanism in game to upload to the server as does the 'Save' or the 'Quit' button.

Not sure why you would be receiving the message error 15 just when using 'Save' or 'Quit'.

Are you ever able to successfully use 'Save' or 'Quit', or does it always give you that error?

I have not played WW1 for a while, but in my current game, saving / quitting always resulted in this error message.

Just yesterday, I tried to save, but received an error, then (with the PC running quite a few hours) I successfully finished by ending the turn.

For SC WW2 WiE, it works with saving and quitting.

Hi,

by way of an update. I have saved my turn on 27 Aug, it appears in my screen as "red, waiting for opponent's turn".

My opponent told me that on his screen he has the same message "red, waiting for opponent's turn".

Is PBEM blocked now for us?

Could you please help?

Sure, challenge ID is three, two, five, six, five eight (had to try it this way as I was not allowed to insert "phone numbers"), round 6, allies waiting for opponent's turn.

Hi, apologies for the delayed response. I've taken a look at the server and unfortunately with some of the recent changes made to the access portal, I can no longer roll back the turns to see if that might fix things.

Your best bet is to contact Matrix support to see if they can help.
