I'm fortunate to be able to play this game on a large screen TV. It uses 3840x2160 resolution. The map looks great and I can play with no issues however when I bring up a window like the display settings not all of the text shows up and most of it is cut off. Is there a setting either in the game or in Windows I need to set to get the game windows to scale properly?

I am quite confident that I am unable to address your question. Is there someone more learned out there who might have the A. to the Q.?

Have you resized/set your windows fonts to >100% ? If you did... Check in windows' settings/display and if that is the case try setting fonts to 100%...that helped me.
