Greetings!

I've noticed that the Naval Infantry Battalions do not appear to have the higher base morale value like the Naval Infantry Brigades, must be an oversight?

Please implement, these men deserve the higher base morale, even if they're serving in an independent battalion instead of a brigade, thanks! : )

All brigade units get a +5 to NM as it was easier for the Soviets to control their brigade sized units as opposed to the larger divisions. We choose not to give this bonus to the smaller independent battalions, regiments, etc. So this has nothing to do with the naval designation. This is WAD.
