When you have a hex pop-up visible for the hex under the mouse this does not change when you scroll the map using the arrow keys. The hex always changes below the mouse, one press of the right key moves exactly one hex to the right etc. But the details in the pop-up remain showing those belonging to the original hex, not the new one under the mouse pointer.

Currently, you have to move the mouse to get the rollover the change. I'll move this to the suggestion area, although I don't know how feasible it would be to make a change here.
