Well, I am doing fairly well for 72 with a 20+ year old bypass. What I have are aches and pains beginning with working in a warehouse after school for spending money, loading ammunition on the tincan on which I served , or helping my Dad build a bridge over a ditch with cross ties, or being the anchor man for carrying a refrigerator up stairs. Lots of heavy work when I was younger leads to some aches and pains which are well beyond aggravating. Even the Dr. has told me to slow down - so I have.

Well, the pain lets you know that you are alive. Some days I am more alive than others.

Just like when I hear a baby cry in a store or someplace, it can be annoying but I like to say that at least he/she can cry because not of of them can.

Mike, did you run the turn? It was......interesting. Not the norm for me. I suspect it had something to do with what you did with your ships in the SRA. I lost more than a few gray hairs worrying about what you were going to do with them.

Ran it last night and am always surprised at how much more it means when it's a person you are playing against.

I think I got off rather easy for December 7th, but of course, time will tell. You sure won't have to worry about those 3 Brit DD's out of Hong Kong this time around.

I'm sure a couple of those gray hairs were lost due to your full on Mersing Gambit.

We'll have to see how that plays out.

Bottom line, it's awesome to have a PBEM match to sink my teeth into again!
