Didn't think much of it at the time but the Allies had Gort in France + Mech + Mot which is the Max for non cooperating Major powers but they also had a CW transport ship in Brest.

Now the Allies have Strategic Bombed Rome with a Harrow from Corsica but it was able to land in France. I believe something has gone wrong with the last patch update as the Allies should not be able to have 4 units in France.
