I hope this forum does not end up like the Slitherine General Discussions forum. IIRC as of today the last thread posted there was 10 days ago, and the last post there was 11 days ago. The activity has been a little slow here lately (at least that's how it appears to me), which got me curious as what else is going on at other gaming sites, what's the talk, that kind of thing. Again I hope members stay engaged here, some may not realize what they have until they lose it.

Seems like after the flood of locked threads, things slowed way down.

I check here everyday and I do comment as well as post. I just have not been starting any threads lately.

wodin,

You don't have anything to worry about! Many times I've viewed you as an anchor at this forum.

Same people posting a bit about their national currency I guess. Not Steam but Ubisoft home store also going for regional prices. I looked at War in The Pacific Admiral Edition in Matrix Store (733.99 TL ) Luckly I 've purchased the game in 2011 when economy was not so bad. From my understanding Matrix Games willing to push WarPlan Pacific to Steam when US or Euro market at max capacity in sales. But you never know who will be more more interested in your games. Give people a chance maybe it will create new designers from the world can benefit wargaming community.

True but you also have many valuable things to say.

Me, I do not work (unfortunately I am unable to) and this is my main online outlet.

Snow White and the 6 dwarfs are looking for another character. Have a nice day Orm, can't hide all that talent, it would be missed if it were not there.

I have 30 years of experience in forums, many of them as a moderator. I've been seeing a significant drop in forum engagement for a long time, not to mention quality content. Of course, there are always exceptions, but the trend is what it is.

I think there are a lot more choices out there. I wonder how people read forums? Do they read forums mostly on their desktop, laptop, or moblie device? Where do they play? I mostly read forums on a moblie device while on my commute or during work breaks. ( I also shop from my moblie device. ) But I prefer to play on a desktop. Ocassionly, I play certain 2d WG games on a laptop. .
