When message level set 7 and launch the air supply, the computer will be down and there is no feedback for a long time.

Do you have a save. It works ok for me, although it can be slow unless you turn the combat message delay value down to much less than 1.0

It's a server game. You can check it by using Soviet side. Message level set to 7, pick up sevel transport unit with escort, then you will find the problem.
