This morning I've had 2 PBEM++ Server Communication Error when trying to upload game after End Turn

And if i attempt to start a saved game i get this

Hi EarlyDoors,

This error just means it could not download from the server the PBEM instance file for your game.

Is it possibly working now?

Just curious if it is a temporary error with the server, and if not it might be worth contacting Matrix support to see if they can help.
