Colonel Prem and I have been playing a WaW match since April 2021. He was Allies, and I Axis. By May 1947..it came down to whether I could pull a Stalemate by holding on to Paris or an Allied Minor Victory if he could take the city on his very last turn. Truly legendary ending. No spoilers here..you would have to see it to believe it!

This game was a nail biter to the end.

Great game played by Old Crow Balthazor and the Colonel. It was cool to watch the last turn live. Congratulations the Colonel.

In the middle game the Colonel was able to overcome some tough losses and end up winning the game.

Old Crow played a fantastic end game to the bitter end.

What prompted the panzer to retreat when the units attacking it were inflicting no casualties and taking quite a few? I realize it had poor morale and no entrenchment but it looked like nothing could destroy it. And can you put a certain of units in depth in back of a unit to make sure it doesn't retreat?

Tanks in vanilla have a substantial chance to retreat, even from a major capital (15%), tho to be honest not sure how much r. & m. affect that. That retreat is what made me recheck and fix some settings for that in my scenario.
