Ok I cannot stop every O/P use so please use with care if something seems OP its probably because I forgot a restriction !!!

This is not about min/max but about making the opening campaign a little more flexible

Optionally by negotiation you can also add new ship classes or airframes to either side just be carefull

As I pointed out to someone that asked earlier, this needs to be treated much like house rules. If there is something you want to do and it is not on the list, negotiate it between yourselves or maybe ask about it. Asking in this thread will allow Andy to think about adding it later.

Excellent work, Andy. For "L6," does that mean any one of the reinforcement convoys you get when a nation is attacked?
