Temp Mobilisation Measures End event says that the "German manpower multiplier is reduced by 12", but the actual event shows "subtract 0"

That's the way it works and is WAD. IIRC the adjustment is not cumulative, so with each new change it forgets old changes. So saying subtract 0 sets it back to the original value.

Ok. On that note, can we get on the editor wishlist that it doesn't work that way? Does the same apply to all other modifiers? For example production and morale?
